4. If you already have a site, send the sketch of the location, exact address and rental details together with the Confidential Questionnaire.
5. Reyes Barbecue will evaluate the Confidential Questionnaire and visit your site if you already have one.
6. If you qualify based on the Confidential Questionnaire, Reyes Barbecue will invite you for an interview.
7. If the interview results are positive, but your site did not qualify, you will have to look for other sites.
8. If interview results are positive but you do not have a site yet, Reyes Barbecue will provide you with an endorsement letter for you to use in applying for a site.
9. If interview results are positive and your site qualified, Reyes Barbecue will give you a copy of the Franchise Agreement and will set a meeting with you to discuss the details of the franchise.
10. Once the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement are accepted and agreed upon, you will sign the agreement and pay the franchise fee.
11. Reyes Barbecue will send you the Franchise Kit.
12. Reyes Barbecue will introduce you to our in-house Architect.
13. Our Architect will design your outlet.
14. Construction proceedings begin.
15. The owner, supervisor and 6 or more of your staff will undergo training for twelve (12) days, two weeks before the scheduled store opening.
16. Reyes Barbecue will provide pre-opening assistance.
17.  There will be a three-phase store inspection prior to approval for opening. First inspection will be done by our in-house Architect to check if all specifications of the store design were met ; second inspection will be done by our Operations Group to ensure equipment, utensils and other materials needed for operation are in order ; last inspection will be done by the CEO who will give the go-signal for the release of products to your store.
