To give more exposure to articles submitted by members through the Group Blog, maybe we should start a periodic round-up of these articles and post the summary at the Front Page. The Group Blog allows members of the Pinoy Entrepreneurs community to post an announcement regarding their respective businesses, products or services, or simply write an article that may be of help to other Pinoy Entrepreneurs (Wondering how to submit content at the Group Blog? Click here). Unless the Group Blog article is promoted to the front page, it isn't automatically sent to the subscribers of the Pinoy Entrepeneurs blog (see right sidebar of this blog). This is why it may be better to prepare a periodic summary. So, let's see how it works. The UP Junior Marketing Association is organizing a bazaar to be held at the La Vista Subdivision basketball court, Quezon City, from 27-28 September 2008. They were looking for concessionaires for the bazaar (and I don't know if slots are still available). To read the details (e.g., amount of concessionaire's fee and the beneficiaries of this UPJMA project), please see the article -- "BUY PINOY: A Charity Bazaar for Filipinos". There was a series of financial literacy seminars and wealth courses scheduled for the month of August 2008. While it may be true that the seminars were already finished as of this writing, it may also be true that more seminars are scheduled in the future. There's also an invitation to a Life Entrepreneurship Program, although I'm not sure how exactly this works.
