Sir Fred, may nakita po gf ko sa one morning na nagflash sa screen na, February 25, 2009 declared a "special non-working holiday" can you verify it from nbn 4 or any one morning staff? Thanks.
We're still unaware of any proclamation declaring Feb 25 as a non-working holiday. On the other hand, Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Lorelei Fajardo was reported to have said that Feb 25 was not included in the list of holidays because there already are many long weekends/holidays. We'll post an update in case Feb would be declared a holiday.
