gusto ko lang po itanong bakit po yung 13th month n nkuha ko this year hindi k2lad ng ntanggap ko nun isang taon kasi po three years nq s school n un at yung last two years ko po ay equal sa basic salary ko yung 13th month ko, pero po ngaung 2009 bigla nlang bumaba yung 13th month ko. tama po b yung ginawa ng employer ko sken? thank you po..
